What size of hugx pet bowl for my pet?

As Hugx pet bowls are a new design we recommend cats, tiny and small dogs choose the mini. The max is suitable for medium to large dogs such as cocker spaniels, red setters, old english sheepdogs, golden retrievers. Please bear in mind the hugx pet feeder dimensions to ensure it fits into your environment.

How do I clean my hugx pet bowl?

If your pet does not lick the bowl clean (because they now can!) we recommend cleaning with a warm sponge and  some soap. The aluminium base does not rust so it is also easy to wipe clean. You may put the aluminium frame of the hugx pet feeder in the dishwasher at the coolest temperature and on the top shelf, however, we do not recommend putting the actual bowl in the dishwasher.

Pet obesity

Try using hugx pet bowls rotated a full 180 degrees - this will discourage you from overfeeding as the hugx design has a steeper curve reducing size! hugx pet bowls are great for pets on a restrictive diet.

the  hugx cat bowl and dog bowls are designed to take a lot of abuse, we know how pets love to play! If you are not happy with your bowl however we ask you send it back to your retailer.
